Which CRMs does it work with?
Any CRM or tool that accepts a webhook or API call, such as Zoho CRM, LeadSquared, HubSpot, Freshsales or Salesforce. You can set the URL and payload yourself, or our team connects it with you: setup help is included with PRO.
Are group chats synced?
No. Sync Chat sends one-to-one chats only.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
No. Sync Chat reads from your existing WhatsApp Web session, so there is no API approval.
