Terms of Service

These terms apply to the wapphub.com website and to WappHub's Chrome extensions, Bulk Sender and Sync Chat. By installing an extension, buying a license or using this website, you agree to them.

1. Licenses

• A PRO license unlocks the paid features of one product for the period you pay for, monthly or yearly.
• Licenses are for your own business. Do not share or resell license keys.
• We may deactivate a license that is shared, resold or used for fraud.

2. Using WappHub responsibly

You are responsible for the messages you send and the data you sync. You must:

• follow WhatsApp's own terms and policies;
• message only people who have agreed to hear from you, and stop when they opt out;
• follow the laws on marketing messages and data protection that apply to you.

Do not use WappHub to send spam, illegal content, or anything meant to harm others.

3. WhatsApp and Meta

WappHub is an independent product. It is not made, endorsed or supported by WhatsApp or Meta. WhatsApp can change WhatsApp Web or restrict accounts at any time, and we are not responsible for actions WhatsApp takes on your account.

4. Payments and refunds

Prices are shown on each product's pricing page. You pay through a secure payment link we send you. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

5. Your data

How each product handles data is described in the Bulk Sender privacy policy, the Sync Chat privacy policy and the website privacy policy.

6. Availability

We work to keep WappHub running and to fix problems quickly, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors, especially when WhatsApp Web changes.

7. Liability

WappHub is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business, lost data, or restrictions placed on your WhatsApp account.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
